「Good breakfast and excellent restaurant.」

「Good 」

「When I got to check in on Saturday the service received by the receptionist was great. It just got worse from there, no information on WiFi. It was raining heavily, if you have bags to carry you can literally slip and fall. The portion size for the breakfast, just forget it. It's very small and not worth it. Rooms not sound proof you can hear everything outside and vice versa.」

「Overall satisfactory」

「24 HOUR SECURITY, TO ME EVERY THING IS ON POINT, THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL, THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN, GO AROUND THE CORNER YOU CAN EAT, HAM, LAMB, JAM.TAKE IN A LITTLE STEEL PAN SILVER STARS STEEL ORCHESTRA IS ON THE AVENUE, MOST OF ALL THE PRICE IS RIGHT, ITS IN EXPENSIVE」

「The room was very sparse, no coffee, water, blow dryer or cleaning service they give you 1 towel per guest , air conditioner didn’t cool after the first night, the property was fairly clean but very dated, the daily breakfast was good」

「Convenient and easy booking, simple check in process. Attentive, helpful and pleasant staff members. Room was very comfortable and suited my needs well. Great location as well. Definitely will highly recommend to anyone in quick need of a stay in the Port of Spain area.」

「ONIKA has been very helpfull at every step of the transaction and very reactive. The only thing missing was a flat bottom pan and a spare roll for toilet paper ! The bed was very good. I recommend this place.」

「This is one of the most unique places to stay in the Caribbean. It is worth staying just to visit the trails and be on the beautiful grounds next to the monastery.」

「If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi.」

「The hotel was basic. The restaurant/bar is very good, exceptional employee at the bar and the staff is exceptional」
