The proximity to main street was pretty much the only good thing about staying here. Walls were paper thin, and we were kept up for 45 minutes at 3am by a couple on the second floor stomping about, presumably getting ready for a fishing charter. The room was rated for four sleepers, but they neglected to mention that you should bring your own bedding if you wanted to utilize your pull-out. Furnishings were the cheapest imaginable, pulled straight from an NYC slum lord's sweetest dreams. No hand soap or dish soap was present. I implore you to explore a different lodging experience, not run by Frank Hotels. I am left feeling like I paid twice as much money as my stay was worth. They're charging hotel rates for a ramshackle room with none of the amenities that a hotel provides.

Electronic check in only no humans, but efficient. Mattress on a piece of plywood, not the most comfortable. Only shower no tub. Room and building was small. Anyone can walk into common area and didn't like having room by front door. Was newly renovated. Parking lot no big enough.

We booked 2 adults in the room, only 1 towel and 1 coffee mug. No options to get more as nobody is on site in an office. Main front door kept randomly locking and had to call for the code.

The property is right on the marina. We could walk everywhere. It was clean and new. We were in the smallest room. The price was fine. It seemed like housekeeping didn't finish preparing the room for us We didn't have cups for water or coffee even though there was a coffee maker in the room. We didn't have any extra towels - we had two towels for two people. I was expecting another set under the sink. We didn't have a second roll of toilet paper, no extra blanket or even a bedspread. And no hand soap or tissues in the bathroom. I called the phone number and found I could go a few blocks to Westport Inn lobby to get everything I needed, but I had to go get them myself. There was space in the room - a cabinet, a something unit, a closet shelf. Those items should already be in the room.

I enjoyed the blackout curtains in Room 3, it makes the room perfect for going to sleep early to get up the next morning and go fishing. The AC and onsite vending machine was also appreciated

Room 7 Negative ---Bed needs to be replaced worn out, not enough towels wash rags, No extra cover for bed, just sheet should have brought sleeping bag, Parking can be challenging so you can get baggage into hotel in afternoon until people leave town in evening. The TV only got one station. Two door entry one door code did not work had to walk a couple of blocks to get code to access. Excessive vibration from AC unit ( noise ) Positive Space was spacious, Had full size refrigerator which would be especially a positive if needing to store catch of the day. If you are fishing. Location downtown. Staff was nice to deal with and room was clean.

We had a late check in, there was no parking. The wifi password did not work. Walls are very thin, could heard people talking and was woke up by housekeeping doing laundry. No elevator, so if you can not do stairs request a ground floor room. Room was nice, clean, bed was soft (what we like) would've had a great view, but the BBQ place has a big tent blocking most of it. Not sure the price matches what we got.

It right on the marina so convenient for fishing. However, there is no office desk or staff. You wait until they send a message that the room is ready, if they are on it. Then you get a door code. I had to send multiple texts to get in, and it was well after 4:00 before they responded. There is a Kureq for red eye coffee in the room, but the housekeeper didn’t leave any coffee…just hot chocolate. And there was a dirty old pod in the machine (coffee). The toilet seat is about to fall off. I’ll go back to the 100 year old fishing motel across the street next time. Also, there is only 2 parking spots on site, they expect you to use the street or community parking lot.

The room was very clean and perfect for myself and my son. The only reason I won’t likely return is the lack of parking and having to walk 2 blocks to the nearest public parking. In addition there was only one drink machine and zero snack machine. We wanted a bottle of water and the machine was out . Overall the experience was still good.

I really loved how the room was set up. The bed was super comfortable. Location was perfect. My only issue was how thin the walls were. When the guests showed up in the room next to ours, we could hear everything going on. We were woken up several times by their phone going off. It was like we were all in the same room.

We requested a blanket for the hide a bed but for two nights didn’t receive one. Toilet seat was broken, still usable but should have been replaced. No designated parking so you have to rely on public parking lot which wasn’t a big deal due to the time of year. The place was clean and nice, just a couple of small details that would have made the stay a little nicer

We rented the suite so we needed two beds one in the main room and we needed the use of the pullout couch when we pulled the pullout couch out there was food and crumbs all over it and in the suite other than the very few blankets that were on the main bed, there were no bedding left for the pullout couch. We had a child with us and it delayed the child from going to sleep hours past his bedtime because we had to wait for the staff to come and deliver some blankets. We needed the full bedding for the pullout couch and they didn’t even bring pillows in they did come. If it’s advertised to sleep more than two people, and the use of two beds then there needs to be more blankets and pillows left in the bedroom and have it left clean. It took too long for staff to respond and it was very disappointing.
