「We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It is very comfortable, well-decorated, super clean, with good well-made beds, heating for cool nights, a well equipped kitchen and nice living area. The deck with pool, gazebo and BBQ offers a spectacular view of the lake, with great sunsets. We will be back.」

「This place is in the center of the action in the Pretty town of Perth, restaurants, parks and shopping in all directions. The Sheriffs Quarters were awesome, welcoming air conditioning as we arrived, spotlessly clean and well appointed and decorated. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs at Coutts Cafe as we sat by the river Tay, it was like a movie scene, just beautiful. We hope to return next year.」

「The private setting on the lake is beautiful. Great view. Very peaceful. Everything worked fine - tvs, air conditioner, oven, dishwasher, plumbing, ect. The only drawback is something the owner could easily fix - the place needs a good cleaning. For example, the refrigerator was dirty, several of the pots and pans had food still stuck on them, there were lots of cobwebs and spiderwebs with dead bugs, the walls and windows need wiping and cleaning. If the owner looks after this, it would be an A...

「Great walking location, furnishings clean and comfortable. More photos of the inside and outside would help potential viewers understand the accommodation amenities. There is no sitting area outside, therefore for longer stays this might be an issue. No television, which was a surprise.」
