“The pictures show a bright modern space but once inside you can see it is not as new as it appears. Yes, the floors and carpets are newer and the cabinets have been refaced. But the appliances, bathrooms are still dated. That was fine and relatively easy to deal with. The real issue is pests. I was greeted one morning by some very large cockroaches. “This is a very old property. The apartment has been cosmetically upgraded, but the infrastructure is poor. We intentionally booked a place with two bathrooms but had only one working bathroom for one night (shower failure) and one working toilet for all three nights. The property manager was very responsive but the toilet issue could not be fixed during our stay.The apartment is lacking in cleanliness.
