“First off, contacting Xavier at all during our stay was like pulling teeth as he took HOURS to reply to my texts/calls. After he gave us an apartment tour, my guest saw the LARGE roach baits/traps that were on the countertops and the raid can under the sink.Almost immediately after we had to kill a roach in the kitchen (which I have pics of).We were ready to leave then, but unfortunately the trip was non-refundable.I could've complained about this but I didn't, because I thought Xavier was nice……

It was sweltering outside and everyone was exhausted from the journey—especially the small children—yet we ended up with nowhere to stay; it felt like a scam. After lengthy phone conversations, we were promised a refund; I haven't seen the money hit my card yet, but I hope it gets returned.”

“My stay was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. It was exactly as pictured. It was a quick drive to anything you needed. You could also walk around the neighborhood if you liked. I would definitely stay here again. It was relaxing and peaceful. ”
