「This is a very old property. The apartment has been cosmetically upgraded, but the infrastructure is poor. We intentionally booked a place with two bathrooms but had only one working bathroom for one night (shower failure) and one working toilet for all three nights. The property manager was very responsive but the toilet issue could not be fixed during our stay.The apartment is lacking in cleanliness. 「Very clean and super chic! Our unit was great. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked with necessities. Easy keyless entry with walkway to covered parking. Had a small hiccup with entering/parking which was resolved quickly with office staff due to last tenant not leaving the key fob for gate. Host even called me directly to make sure everything was settled. Easy and safe walking to Galleria Mall. 」
