We intentionally booked a place with two bathrooms but had only one working bathroom for one night (shower failure) and one working toilet for all three nights. The property manager was very responsive but the toilet issue could not be fixed during our stay.The apartment is lacking in cleanliness. Thee bathrooms were very poorly cleaned — bandaid stuck to a shower wall and hair all over.The……

“First off, contacting Xavier at all during our stay was like pulling teeth as he took HOURS to reply to my texts/calls. After he gave us an apartment tour, my guest saw the LARGE roach baits/traps that were on the countertops and the raid can under the sink.Almost immediately after we had to kill a roach in the kitchen (which I have pics of).We were ready to leave then, but unfortunately the trip was non-refundable.I could've complained about this but I didn't, because I thought Xavier was nice……

“They were big bugs in the kitchen. I think they were roaches and the second bedroom had a water leak coming from the bathroom, which led to my clothes being wet it was a lot of big roaches outside and finding parking was complicated”
