「Sarah was an excellent host. She shared her restaurant recommendations and local attractions to visit. We were served a delicious breakfast each morning. The location was perfect as it was close to the harbour, beach, shopping, and the train and bus locations. Our stay in Weymouth turned out to be our favourite during our 2 week holiday. I highly recommend the Anchorage.」

「This is an olde worlde farm house displaying much of the history of the family who have lived here for 6 generations. We were looked after very well by Sam who cooked a great tradition British Breakfast. The room was clean and welcoming. To park the car on site you negotiate amongst the geese , ducks and chickens who provide the eggs for breakfast. We loved the place and will stay there on our next visit to the area.」

「Great stay at a great pub with good well priced food, room clean and well maintained.
Only problems, finding somewhere to eat Monday night and as a business traveller would have like breakfast to be served a little earlier. Although the breakfast tray was good.」

「The hotel was really a hostel and did not match up with images on their website. We were expecting to be staying in a country house hotel not a youth hostel. The only facility we had was wifi. The room was clean but very basic with no ability to make ourselves a tea or coffee without walking down two flights of very steep steps to the kitchen which was a health and safety nightmare - no idea why they could not have put a tea/ coffee station on the top floor. There was no television...
