The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn. "First impression was very good, however on closer inspection some areas could have been a bit cleaner. The apartment was in an ideal situation but the stairs became a little problematic and the parking was quite difficult to find."
