Great location with easy parking outside. The hotel was very clean, everything looked freshly decorated and clean. Nice amenities. Hotel is located meters from the sea and very close to all the restaurants in the town centre.

From walking in I loved it. Everything you need. Clean, spacious room, comfy bed, lovely fresh bedding, nice towels, tea/coffee making facilites, tv. Would defo recommend. When I come back to Whitby I will stay here again. Parking just outside.

Such a welcoming property. Smelt clean and welcoming. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Very comfortable bed. We had room 2 which had a bay window plus a lovely side window with view of the sea. Light and airy room with large bathroom. Parking permit provided for street parking. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you Dave and Emma. You have a beautiful well cared for establishment.

The room was so light and airy . We stayed in one of top rooms,with sea view. Offered everything we needed for our three night stay. Comfy bed , and fresh towels , lots of storage space and refreshments facilities too, the fridge a bonus. Would definitely stay again .

Emma and Dave were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble . It was so good having a kettle and a fridge in the apartment. A microwave would have been good, but I am not sure where it would have gone. Parking was easy as there was permit parking on the road, and permits were available on request. The Whalebone Arch is just a 5 minutes walk to the front, and there's loads of things to do, including an open top tour bus running throughout the day. Plenty of places to eat and drink. All in all a very good holiday..

Brilliant location. Everything was in walking distance and the black information folder was invaluable. Whilst contact with Emma and Dave was through E- mails, ultimately there wasn't a problem because we didn't encounter any. Finally myself and wife found it to be excellent value for money.

Amazing stay everything provided, very comfortable and spotlessly clean Nice sea view from room 2. Parking not an issue at all, able to park right outside the front door for the whole of the stay.
