Great location with easy parking outside. The hotel was very clean, everything looked freshly decorated and clean. Nice amenities. Hotel is located meters from the sea and very close to all the restaurants in the town centre.

From walking in I loved it. Everything you need. Clean, spacious room, comfy bed, lovely fresh bedding, nice towels, tea/coffee making facilites, tv. Would defo recommend. When I come back to Whitby I will stay here again. Parking just outside.

The room was so light and airy . We stayed in one of top rooms,with sea view. Offered everything we needed for our three night stay. Comfy bed , and fresh towels , lots of storage space and refreshments facilities too, the fridge a bonus. Would definitely stay again .

Emma and Dave were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble . It was so good having a kettle and a fridge in the apartment. A microwave would have been good, but I am not sure where it would have gone. Parking was easy as there was permit parking on the road, and permits were available on request. The Whalebone Arch is just a 5 minutes walk to the front, and there's loads of things to do, including an open top tour bus running throughout the day. Plenty of places to eat and drink. All in all a very good holiday..

Was able to park easily outside, great communication from Emma via text on check in, which was very informative and made it easy, lovely room with plenty of tea and coffee available, along with complementary milk and couple of bottles of water, whole place was clean and spotless. It's a short walk into town, our favourite was walking down by the beach which is just a minute from the property. Overall lovely stay will definitely book again in future :)

Lovely place to stay

The Whalebone Arch was clean and comfortable, with seaviews from some rooms ,the only contact with the owners was by text, it was informative and the instructions easy to follow.Thank you Emma . The hotel is situated just outside of Whitby town centre , its walkable, but there are buses if needed, or taxis which are approximately £5 each way . We enjoyed our stay there . Car parking is a good plus too
