One bedroom apartment/suite

One bedroom above ground apartment located in Whitby, apartment comes with a kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom and a living room space. Guest will have the entire apartment to themselves. Located close to several grocery stores. Perfect little spot for two guests to relax in for a quick stop over. Apartment comes with a twin sofa bed. This is a small apartment which is perfect for two people. Absolutely no smoking indoors, the smoke detectors are very sensitive, they are also inter-connected throughout the suite and the main house. There will be a fine of guess smoke inside. This is to make sure everyone has a safe and peaceful night’s rest.

Extremely clean and modern unit that more than met our expectations and needs. The only addition that would be handy would be the addition of a small washer and dryer unit which the owners seem to be in the process of installing.
