When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. 「I am giving this hotel a 1-star overall rating because my stay was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable. The biggest issue was the condition of our room. It felt very damp and had a strong mold and mildew smell the entire time we were there. It got so bad that my wife and I had to make a trip to Walmart just to buy DampRid and Lysol Air Sanitizer spray to make the room somewhat bearable. 「The staff were NOT friendly at all. I had to go down to the service desk 2 times just to get sheets for the pullout bed. There was a pill in the floor when we came into our room. The breakfast was awful. It said over 200 options and that’s a lie! They had no milk so we had to eat dry cereal. We will NEVER stay here again or recommend this nasty place to anyone.」

The only hot water you will have is at the sink. I feel that is very poor being that this is not a big or huge hotel, it only has one elevator, and it is slow. Thanks, but no thanks.
