Breakfast staff lady was terrific. Desk staff meh. Breakfast was decent. Phone in room looked like it was installed during Reagan administration and not cleaned since. Original towels dirty had to request new. Couple of soft spots in room floor.

It is definitely kid and pet friendly. Was nice to see kids aloowed to play and they left to go to their rooms at curfew. The staff was very curtious and helpful. Only issue was our toilet started leaking and then overflowed for no reason . Had to do a quick towel drop so as not to flood our room

First, the staff was not frindly at all. The halls to get to the room was dirty and smelled like marijuana. We got to our room and no tissues, half used toiled paper, and the sheets were dirty. My wife used to work at hotels and said the burned marks on the sheets are from the dryer and the ironing mashine. Then we inspected further and there were yellow stains and she said it could be blood stains they tried to clean or something else. Horrendous, I felt like we were staying at a cheap motel. Breakfast was ok, and the pool looked ok but we did not use because we did not trust the facilities.
