“We've been coming to the cabin for a few years and enjoy our stays immensely. The kids can ride bikes, roam and wade on the campground roads and river. Location is fantastic - convenient to Littleton (great restaurants and shops), Bethlehem (Rek Lis Brewery) and some of the best hiking in NH. Minutes from Mt Washington, Santa's village, Appalachia trail head and Zealand/Crawford notch. Far from the crowds in Conway and Lincoln but close enough to visit. ”

“All the creature comforts of home. Donna greeted us at check in. Answered all our questions and gave us a tour of their cabin. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the stars. “We’ve coming to this property for three years. It’s always been a fun experience. The property management has improved dramatically—I give it a 10/10. Not for the faint of heart. This tucked away cabin is surrounded by nature, with the night spookiness of creaking floors, pitch black outdoors. It’s almost impossible to sleep with the deep silence and nature sounds at night, including bears. It’s a good stay for a bigger family.”

“Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! ”

“Beautiful home with everything we could’ve imagined, and more. So many nice touches. Everything was very clean and neat and new. Clear instructions were marked on items that required them. We enjoyed the fire pit, wrap around porch etc. We visited friends in Bethlehem and did hikes activities etc in Franconia Notch. We would definitely love to come back to this house another time!”
