Not worth it
This condo is pretty old. The beds were terrible, the sofa bed in particular was so bad it was unusable. There is barely enough hot water to run one bath. Also the hot tub, which is for the whole building and is located on the first floor, is out of commission and looks like it's been that way for a while. That was frustrating because it's false advertising to list a hot tub as an amenity if it's broken. When I was choosing a property I used a filter to guarantee that we'd have access to a hot tub. I would have chosen a different place if I had known.
On the second night of our stay we woke up in a panic to the fire alarm. A pipe had burst on one of the upper floors and it flooded the building. Water was literally pouring from the ceiling and ceiling tiles were collapsing around us as I stood in the lobby with my 5 young kids in the middle of the night.
The only good thing about this property is the location. It's a true ski in ski out, chairlift 3 is just outside your porch door. There were lockers to store our skis and things were very convenient that way. Unfortunately it was so cold when we were there that most of the chair lifts weren't running and we only went skiing one day.
Bottom line is that for this price it just wasn't worth it. Stay somewhere nice in town for less money and just drive to the ski resort.
