My unit had a front screened porch and a balcony out back. Best deal in the St Augustine area bar none! Available by water too. So much more than a hotel room. Excellent competitive rates. I have been here many times and love it always.

The location was perfect, on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday crowds, yet still very walkable to everything. We appreciated having a parking spot as well. The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. The host was responsive as well.

The location is excellent! However, the parking is a PITA. We couldn't connect to the internet. Ran out of paper towels and cloth towels (bath and kitchen) are limited.
