Just a case of poor skills with communication, and rudeness. Appears the turnaround time of customers is too tight for the cleaners, as we felt the cleanliness was substandard when when we arrived, also mold in showers and lack of care apparent. 「Spent the week om the Hamilton Island with family celebrating a major birthday. Property was close to town, easy walk in but a steep incline back (good exercise but buggy definitely needed). Property had all that our family of 6 needed (four adults and two children). Kids loved the pool as well as the local wildlife (plenty of warnings not to feed). Check in was a breeze with our buggy and valet waiting at the airport. Overall, a very pleasing experience. Would rebook in the future.」
