Great property

Property was great for a large group, plenty of room. Property was clean and well kept. Communication with Property managers was great very responsive. Would definitely use again.

Family celebration

This was a family celebration and holiday for my 70th birthday. There were 4 adults and 5 children with ages ranging from 9-14. We each had our own bedroom and there were 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, and multiple outdoor and dining areas. The hosts were amazing and the few problems we had were fixed immediately. I can highly recommend this property

Southwinds is a great Hamilton island venue for an extended family and friends type of get away. The bedrooms are well appointed in separate wings of the house so noisy teens don’t bug the adults in the evenings, and the pool area is fantastic with great views over the marina, even from in the pool. Great for entertaining with many choices for the evening meals, all with stunning views.

Beautiful House unfortunate the pool is not heated

We loved our family holiday at Southwinds. The house is well appointed and easily accomodated 14 of us. It is most unfortunate that the pool was unusable due to it's location - it didn't get any sun and it isn't heated. If you book the house don't expect to use the pool unless it is a very hot day.

Great family holiday

The house was a great size for 15 people. Plenty of room to spread out when the weather was not great. Kitchens were equiped with everything we needed. Having the 2 buggies with the house was a real plus.

Fantastic property

This house was perfect for our stay. Great facilities, well stocked with everything you needed. The outdoor areas and pool were spectacular. One of the best holiday pools we’ve had. The kids spent all their time in the pool. The view of course is great and the location just a short buggy ride away from the marina and shops. Would highly recommend this property for a family stay.
