This is our 10th visit to Caithness and our second visit to this cottage.

This is our 10th visit to Caithness and our second visit to this cottage. Superbly clean and well maintained home from home. Very quiet location and close to all attractions and town centres of Thurso and Wick. An absolutely fab vacation away from it all, would love to live in Caithness and this house.

Overall perfect for what we needed - a bungalow for my not so able elderly parents, with private par

Overall perfect for what we needed - a bungalow for my not so able elderly parents, with private parking on site. (Noting there are a couple of steps to enter house but that was ok for us) The house was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was lovely and peaceful with a pavement to walk /mobility scooter to go to ackergill shore. On google map it shows its beside the airport, but at 2 flights a day and a big field in between, this had no impact other than excitement of seeing a plane take off. We did have a couple of queries and both the owner and the house keeper were very quick to respond and very helpful (as well as very friendly).
