"We were really amazed on how big the unit was. It has 2 beds below and 2 beds on the loft that was good for the 4 of us. We had a very comfortable stay in the hktel and we'll come back again. Also, the staff were very nice and friendly especially the guy who checked us in on the 26th of May. I think his name was Paulo."

"It was well located in Ucluelet. Staff (checked us in, got us some dishes, changed the flowers that were in the room, fresh towels each day, good restaurant recommendations) was excellent. Bathroom was well equipped (but we couldn’t get hair dryer to work). Nice to have coffee in the morning (electrical cord could have been longer to make it easier to fill coffee reservoir). Also nice to have a fridge with a small freezer. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely come again."

"The 1 bedroom suite was perfect in that it was well stocked in the kitchen, offered everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was very modern, clean and luxurious. A couple of things to note. The tv screens were not well placed; could not watch TV without straining your neck as the TV sets were mounted very high. The lighting in the kitchen was also very dark. We expected to be able to walk to restaurants or grocery stores. Everything was 15 mins walk or a short 3 mins drive.there is a Co Op grocery store that is 3 mins drive away which supplied snacks and dinner. Skip the dishes delivery was also not available. We ordered dinner for take out at Currents, the restaurant which had great fish but the french fries could be improved. The resort also had food bowls, treats and a dog bed for our furry one which was wonderful. If you wanted "Full Service" more than once every 5 days, you need to inform the desk. The staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this resort if you are looking to treat yourself."
