“The perfect stay! Can't recommend more;10/10. Delightful historical, cosy, comfortable cottage yet with modern features. Cottage had everything needed for a week stay. Extra touches were made with Christmas decorations to celebrate the festive season and a couple of treats were much appreciated. Best possible location for making the most of the township. “Lovely well thought out little cottage in nice quiet area on outskirts of Bath. But local buses close by that make access to the city really easy. Although is a bit of steeper walk back up to the cottage might be harder for some with walking difficulties. Or driving in easy enough. After busy day was nice just to relax in comfortable lounge, and if not up for cooking def recommend the local chippy (if you gluten free they do cater on a Monday and Tuesday too). We did not get to enjoy garden alas……

“The Lodge was an excellent place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking an evening meal. Just what we needed as we are in out late 70s and early 80s and like to relax in a evening. We booked for 4 people as we came from Cyprus and wanted family to visit. My Granddaughter joined us for 2 nights. we would definitly recommend the LODGE to our friends”

“A lovely cottage with history and character. As mentioned in the listings it would not be suitable for someone very tall or with difficulties. Facilities are excellent everything you need supplied. Parking is free but beware spaces can be all taken - it states 23 hours stay - no return for an hour, so be aware there is a car park attendant around! Cottage is within easy reach of the town and Abbey. A lovely stay”
