「I wish I could add pics for everyone to see. No water or sugar for coffee. No one at the desk after 9pm and not before 10am the following day. Found blood on the sheets that didn't belong to us. Door wouldn't open because carpet was too high. Best one was a full size couch in the hallway so trying to get around it w/your bags was difficult. I fell trying to go around 😩. There was no kitchen.」

「We booked this property to attend 2026 Laconia Bike Week. We were so disappointed with our room that we checked out early. Neither the front door to our room nor the windows closed completely; gaps allowed light, heat, and noise into the room. We found old, half-empty beer cans in our room upon arrival.
