Nettes Ferienappartment

Uns hat es in der FeWo gut gefallen. Als wir ankamen, gab es eine große Überraschung: Anders als auf dem Foto zu sehen gibt es im Hof keine Gastwirtschaft mit Zaun! Das hatte uns ziemlich abgeschreckt, aber das Bild ist wohl etwas älter und nicht mehr aktuell. Tatsächlich ist im Hof alles offen, ruhig und gemütlich (siehe Foto). Kleinigkeiten haben uns nicht gut gefallen: Dass die Waschmaschine im Waschraum 6 mal 1 Euro-Stücke benötigt, nun ja. Kaffeemaschine und Toaster sind sehr klapprig und könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, sonst ist die Ausstattung in der Küche top.Einmal gab es ein Problem mit der Heizanlage, das wurde nach Kontakt bei der Verwalterin aber innerhalb weniger Stunden noch abends gelöst - angesichts des Handwerker-Mangels erstaunlich!Edeka („Dorfmitte“) ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Hafen drei Minuten, Bäckerei ist gleich nebenan. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen eigenen Parkplatz.Insgesamt sehr schön.

Es war alles super!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der tollen und sehr großen Ferienwohnung. Es war herrlich ruhig und die Vermieter sehr herzlich - gerne jederzeit wieder!

Familienfreundliche Wohnung mit Verbesserungspotenzial

An und für sich ist es eine schöne Wohnung. Familienfreundlich, da auch schon ein Reisebett und ein Hochstuhl bereitstand. Jede Wohnung hat ihren zugewiesenen Parkplatz. Schade nur, dass das große Schlafzimmer aus unserer Sicht viele Mängel hatte. Das Doppelbett knartscht bei jeder Bewegung, es gibt kein Fenster- nur eine 2. Eingangstür, welche man in der Nacht nur ungesichert offen lassen kann. Außerdem ist nebenan der Raum mit einer Waschmaschine und Trockner mit Münzautomat. Man hört jeden eingeworfenen Euro und Wasch bzw Trocknergang. Auch steht nirgendwo ein Hinweis zu den Ruhezeiten, sodass manche gern gegen elf Uhr nochmal eine Maschine starten. Der laute Lüfter ist auch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Badtür schließt nicht richtig bzw schwer. Wenn diese Mängel beseitigt werden und der Hausmeister das Unkraut im Sitzbereich entfernt, können wir dieses Objekt weiter empfehlen.
