As a result, we were forced to secure last-minute accommodations at a local hotel around 10 p.m., which was both stressful and inconvenient.While VRBO has since issued a full refund for the original booking, I am now required to go through an additional process to recover the unexpected hotel expenses. “The place was nice enough for a short stay. The bed was weirdly short and the bathroom sink is comically small! The hot tub was lovely and almost always at 104 F!”

I am fearful of falling when I get in and out of the high bathtub without a handle to hold onto. My back is too bad to get in and out of the really tall bed. But the host has no way of knowing that I’m 76 and have arthritis.”

“It was a small basement apartment not comfortable to hang out in but was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was well stocked. A perfect place to sleep. The owner stocked a basket with snack goodies that was very much appreciated. Will definately stay there again.”
