You'll be able to see and hear the ocean in the morning while enjoying your coffee on the balcony, or with your evening cocktail.
Enter this charming and unique space featuring 1 queen bed, 1 set of twin bunk beds, and a cozy living room with a queen-sized sofa bed. You'll be hard-pressed to find another one bedroom condo on the island with a kitchen like this one! Plenty of counter space, and garbage disposal AND a dishwasher! All the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you'll need are provided. There is also a Keurig, toaster, full size oven, and table that comfortably seats 4.
The bedroom has been "hacked" to create what is essentially a 1.5 bedroom. The main room provides a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress and a dresser, while the bunk bed nook provides twin bunk beds and underbed storage drawers. The bathroom features a full sized tub and shower.
Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this building where only about half of the units are offered as rentals. There is a heated pool, on site laundry for guests, assigned parking, (our space is right out front!), elevators, and gas grills.
