There is a beautiful built-in pool with a poolside restroom and an elevator to ride up after a hot day at the beach. Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the Convention Center, shops, fine dining, bike path, bike rental, Duffers Ice Cream, Miniature Golf, as well as playground and basketball courts. There is also off-street parking for two cars.
The sleeping accommodations will consist of a master bedroom with a king bed with a brand new 2022 memory foam mattress, huge closet, and full private bath and a brand new 43 inch smart LCD tv, and there is a pull out twin sleeper chair (for a small child). Each bedroom has brand new floors spring 2017!!! Bedroom #2 consists of a queen bed and a 42 inch LCD. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunkbeds for the kids and a pull out twin trundle. And, we provide each bedroom with a 42 inch LCD tv and a Playstation II for the kids. There is a second full bathroom in the hall. The new leather sectional in the living room includes a queen sleeper. Pillows and blankets are included, and you are welcome to use our sheets and towels, so you don't have to bring your own. Please wash, dry and fold before you leave. If you can not arrange to wash and dry and fold before 11 am on your checkout day, you must bring your own. All furnishings are high-end and brand new.
The kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs. You will have a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils, crockpot, blender and kitchen counter seating and a small table. Newer stainless appliances!!!
There is a full laundry room to do your wash with front loading washer and dryer.
In our garage storage shed, we have brand new reclining beach chairs, four 26 inch bikes; a beach cart; soft cooler and umbrella, boogie boards. How convenient is that!!. Please wash all chairs, etc., before you place back in storage area daily. Keep it locked.
