"This place was so perfect for us. We were able to feel the brisk mountain air each evening and night, and explore both the valley and mountains. The cabin is everything and more from what you see in the photos. If our host could have maybe made the outside temp like 5 degrees warmer on the mountain, that would have been nice. lol. Absolutely beautiful for two people or two couples."

"Who knew the donkeys would greet us every morning and be so excited for our return each evening! It was an absolute delight to stay with Kareva, Erick, and all the animals. We most enjoyed sitting at the kitchen window watching the animals, the birds, the sky, the weather. We had fresh eggs for our breakfasts and fires in the cool evenings. Kareva's recommendations for places to visit, eat, and hike were spot on! We can't wait to return."

We really enjoyed all the birds around, especially all the owls at night. Jim's collection of relics and rocks were fantastic too. We enjoyed chatting with him. "We enjoyed our stay at Hummingbird Ranch. The place was super clean, comfortable, and very well decorated. Renee and Steve were easy to communicate with. The property is perfect for stargazers and/or astrophotographers. Think of it as your own private oasis in the desert, surrounded by mountains off in the distance. We were delighted with the clear skies and the resulting photos. There are numerous hiking trails and historical sights as close as a half hour drive. We can’t wait to return."

"Considering this hotel is right about in the middle of nowhere, it’s insane the amount of amenities that it had! (They are fixing the pool right now, so it was closed but they will have one soon) **The beds were extremely comfortable** It was nice and quiet at night. Not to mention the staff is absolutely stellar!! You don’t just get a free breakfast, they make you a free breakfast! I had a delicious burrito made by a young man named Paul. The gal the front office was super sweet and helpful. If you’re coming out to hike or check out the vineyards, absolutely stay here!! We will def be back for our next chiricahua trip! "
