We enjoyed the quiet location and the beds were comfortable. We were surprised that there was only 1 sink, in the kitchen. A few things could easily be fixed to make it feel more comfortable…a loose toilet seat, a toilet paper holder falling off the wall, a wobbly table. Overall, though, the tiny home was a good place for us to rest after our days at the Grand Canyon.

The floor had sticky stains and the coffee maker was too dirty to use. The 2 bathrooms have no sinks so everyone uses the kitchen sink. It was very quiet and the stargazing was excellent.

The half trailer had not been serviced upon our late evening arrival, beds were undone. I texted the management company immediately, got an answer 45 mn later. By that time we had decided to find another option for the night, back to the Grand Canyon as there was nothing around the trailer park. We got a bad impression of the area, felt unsafe in this desolate area. We do NOT recommend to anyone booking this accommodation. We asked for a full refund that VRBO accepted.
