「The property was nice. The room was clean. When entering the room the temp was set high and it was a hot summer day so that takes time to try to cool off. I found the bistro to be misrepresented and the staff were difficult to order from and said they did not have items like water of all things and had a huge board advertising a special which the staff person said I don’t know about that only the manager does so we don’t have it. Parking is expensive be prepared to pay and not have a close spot....

「We were in a room on the first floor and the smell was horrible! It smelt like cat urine in the hallways and in our room. You could also smell some sort of chemical that was fairly strong from the maintenance being done. There was stuff all over the floor in the halls as well. We could hear everything out in the hallway, and above us. Overall, if the smells weren’t so bad and the noise level wasn’t bad then it would be decent. The bed was comfy but not worth the money.」

I was never given wifi info The spa refused me my anemities and guest services/spa manager never got back up with me to get a resolution (this was a problem going back to check in).
