Beware of this listing's deceiving photos. The listing shows the Mounts Bay Pool (MBP), which led us to believe that we could access the MBP. However, a guest pass is required to access the MBP, the Southhall pool, and the Wareham's Pond pool. The host does not have passes for guests. Nor does the host have a process in place to assist guests with obtaining pool passes.
On the 2nd day of our 9-night stay, we contacted the host to inquire about pool passes so that we could visit the MBP pictured in the listing. I did not receive any response.
At noon, on the 4th day of our stay, I called the owner. She seemed clueless that passes were required to access the community pools. She did not know passes were required. She did not know how to obtain passes. She informed me that her property manager, Andy, would contact me to resolve the issue.
At 3:30p on the 4th day of our stay, I had not received any communication regarding the pool passes. I notified the owner that Andy had not responded. Later that evening, Andy contacted me stating that he could get me pool passes from the community association the following day.
On the 5th, 6th, and 7th days of our stay, I reached out to both Maureen and Andy to follow up on the progress of obtaining pool passes. Each continued to lead us on claiming that someone would deliver passes to us. Finally, on the 7th day of our 9-night stay Maureen notified me that she would not be able to get us passes for the community pools picture.
