"Parking okay, not a Fancy breakfast "

"Staff entered my room while my belongings were still inside, removed my items, placed them into bags, and gave the room away. I had spoken with the front desk earlier that morning, and after a long workday I came back to find my room no longer available and my belongings handled by staff. This was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. A hotel should not remove a guest’s personal property and give away the room without properly resolving the situation first. I would not stay here again."

"The hotel and staff was great can’t speak on the breakfast as we checked out before it was available. The area was ok it felt safe enough for my wife and I, it is t the back of like a shopping center and the drive getting back to the hotel was a little rough so go slow. Overall was a good hotel will definitely stay again if needed"

"Very clean, quiet, small so not a hassle, close to plenty of eating and shopping joints, and friendly staff. Shout out to Tiffany at front desk, she helped me setup my account, and breakfast was plentiful including eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, etc."

"Parking was easy. Shower had mold in it. Also, sink did not have cold water (water only came out hot, and it got very hot, very quickly). When I mentioned at check out, I didnt even get an apology or an offer of a reduced room rate. The desk clerk only said that she would mention to the manager. I could not recommend this place. "

"Everything was clean and fresh! The breakfast was great! Beds were very comfortable!"

"Upon arrival we had no one to be found at the front desk. Several minutes later the front desk person showed up. She was kind, no complaints. Upon settling into our room for the night we noticed a bathroom that still had trash from previous guests in the bathroom. The walls and switches had something splattered all over. On the back of the bathroom door were dried drip marks of what appeared to be old bodily fluid. I’ll leave that right there without going further. Our beds had very short dark hairs in the sheets for one bed, and the covers on the other bed had something that was dried and a crusty coating. The suite itself was nice for layout and function, but cleanliness was definitely lacking. Upon checking out a sign in the door said front desk open at 7am. But no one was there yet. Upon calling the number listed on the doors notice, they said they were running late and weren’t in the office yet. Would have preferred to talk to someone in person to discuss what we had experienced, but no luck before we left. Cleanliness goes a long way when being remembered for a first time guest. "
