Welcome to this charming condo in Wilmington. This property features 3 cozy bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, perfect for a group getaway. With a spacious living room and a large sofa guests can unwind after a day at the WEC, Roberts center, Wilmington College, or if your in for family or work! Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a hair dryer, and a washer/dryer during your stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Wilmington and our condo has to offer. This all remodeled unit is 5-6 minutes to the World Equestrian Center, 3 minutes to Clinton Memorial, 12 minutes to Roberts Center, and 6 minutes to Wilmington College.
