「I suspect this would be a reasonable property for a long term guest but is not ideal for short term stays. I spent the 1st 20-30 minutes of my stay trying to get the WiFi working, including calls with the host and provider which ultimately did not work The neighborhood is a typical close to/off campus area with the wear and tear that you would expect or a bit worse. There are not expected amenities like toiletries at the property. Hate to be picky but I am not entirely comfortable rooting...
