“Nice. Clean. Good size. They paid attention to the small details that most hotels don’t, or have taken away. Good if you are traveling with pets. They had a fenced yard with doggie bags.”

“The young lady at front desk was apologetics due to the room mix up. The first room that I were issue the tub wasn't clean. Given keys for another room and was told it will be 201, went to 201, keys didn't work. Look at the folder and it stated room 410, so I went there, open that door and someone was already there. Back on the elevator to the front desk, personal meet met me and gave me the keys to 201: finally I got settle in. Again, the customer service made a difference”

“We ask for a handicap room and was assigned a room on the 4th floor as far from the elevators has could be. As a handicapped person this was not good. We asked to be rude to move to a room closer to the elevator and we're given a room two doors down from the elevator but the carpet in this room was very dirty. It was obvious that a pet had been in this room on the third floor when they said that pets were only allowed on the first and second floor unless it was a comfort animal. We found dog……

“The room was clean, the staff was great and helpful, the breakfast was great as well and delicious. The pool could use tending to multiple times a day as it was quite dirty and foggy.”

“We stayed here for just a weekend, while visiting family in North Carolina. The place was clean but very dated. This hotel could definitely use some renovations. The staff were kind and helpful. My biggest issue was that I found a dirty towel in my bathroom.”
