“We stay at Quality Inn at Eldridge, IA every spring. The hotel is always clean, staff is friendly, everything you need as far as groceries, fuel, places to eat are close by. The hotel is always quiet and the breakfast is good also. Highly recommended staying at this hotel!”

“When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. They……

“We stop here at least once a yr in our travels. This year it was not a great experience. The room smelled of dog pee and carpet was stained in all major walkways. The room was very humid maybe because right next to the pool area. The breakfast was typical except the waffle machine was broke and didn't show time so waffles ended up burnt. We went to restaurant next to property for breakfast.”

“You can tell it is not a new place but you can see is being renovated and they care about the details. It is a nice and clean place. Well located with a parking for large vehicles.”

“The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.”

“There was only 1 elevator working, we had to change rooms due the ceiling leaking, you should give complementary breakfast to guest staying. Instead you pay for everything. Not even a microwave in a room. So you have to go down 1 working elevator to heat food. The only nice friend staff were the servers. The first room we were in the floor didn’t have an ice maker so we had to go to a different floor. Then the second room we were moved to was decent. But you could see all the mold build up on……

“Nothing unique about the Super8 in Muscatine,IA. The desk clerk had to be found when we got there-took about 20 min. Then he was hard for my husband to understand when trying to check in. Only room available was a 2 bed one, not a real problem but why doesn’t Expedia communicate with the motel you book with? They had no idea of cost, room, nothing. Thankfully I had our online confirmation!”
