The property was great! It was enough space for everyone with more to spare. I would recommend having more bathroom towels as we had to wash clothes daily to have them to shower or wash face. That was the only negative. The place is so amazing!!!!!

Wonderful Summer Weekend

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation! We hosted our kids and grandkids for a long weekend and this was by far, the best house we have stayed in to date. So much room to spread out, yet do things together!

Alway excellent. The houses and grounds are wonderful, the pool is fantastic. When we had an issue, they responded immediately and resloved it. My only wish is that we could have an earlier checkin to start the fun earlier.

Excellent! Very clean and well presented/organized. Clear and thorough check-in/check-out instructions with detailed accurate list of amenities vs what you need to bring. Quiet, secluded, and beautiful. Kitchen is nice and well stocked, pool is clean and peaceful. Master bed comfortable. Have booked before and will book again. Within easy driving distance of stores but still feels private and secluded. Great air conditioning. Fits listing description.

Fantastic property!

This beautiful house made for a fun and memorable family reunion! All 14 of us stayed here with plenty of space. The pool and gameroom were tons of fun, and the property itself was nice to walk and jog around. Thanks for such a great vacation!

Wonderful property for a large family vacation.

We were very pleased with the arrangement of the home with the grandparents in the main house with three of the grandchildren. The other adults and one grandchild stayed in the game room house. Plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend!

Fantastic weekend away

We had our annual preschool staff retreat here and it was perfect. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space as well as wonderful community spaces for us to enjoy. We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend and highly recommend the property to any large groups.

Awesome Family Get Away Vacation Home!

The property was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful. The amenities were great. Family enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Game room and pool area were very nice. Our family had a wonderful time.

We had a fabulous time at Sunset Escape with our family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The wonderful amenities and the beautiful surroundings made our stay perfect. We could not have asked for a more lovely spot!!

Beautiful location!

We had my daughter’s Texas State graduation party there. There was plenty of room and lots of things to do. The kitchen was very well appointed for such a large group! We highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful get-away for group of friends

We had a fantastic stay! The kitchen was well equipped, lots of hot water in showers, clean pool, wonderful wiews from front porch and pool tower, great opportunities to get close to deer, fox and a variety of birds. We loved the open floor plan in the main house.

Fabulous stay at Sunset

This place is fantastic. Clean, well-appointed, big enough for our 13+ family, close to town but still secluded, a/c worked great in the June heat, pool was just right for us, dining table just right for meals and games, plenty of bed rooms and bathrooms! We want to come back next year.

Would have loved giving an excellent rating, but there was a horrible sewerage stench when we arrived in the outside rooms. After notifying the owner the day after we checked in, he responded quickly & sent maintenance over. The smell, for the most part, went away hours later but still lingered a bit. All the beds could use new mattresses, as these are all worn & some sink in the middle, while others sink on the edge. The toilets in some of the restrooms were not set right, as they would rock. Maybe that’s where the sewer odor was coming from as they weren’t seated properly. The property was very clean, in & out. It was an enjoyable weekend for sure.
