"The room we were in seemed updated recently. Very nice bathroom and walk in shower. Room was quite large as well. The breakfast buffet was nice with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, OJ,breads and pastries. This location has a nice gym as well and it's very convenient right off of Rt 495."

"We stayed in room 218. Sadly, the air conditioner was out of service. The bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain, and instead of a blanket, our bed was made with a flat sheet, with the mattress topper serving as a blanket—unfortunately, not the greatest experience."

"Total lack of customer service. I told the clerk when checking in that their parking lot was completely full and I had to park in the public lot. I was in a hurry when I checked out so didn’t review the bill. When I got home and reviewed the bill I realized they charged me for parking in their lot when I had not. One would think this is easy to correct but the phone listed on the bill is not that of the hotel. Dial that and you get some IA bot that keeps saying they can help which of course it can’t. After 5 minutes of dealing with that I am finally told I will get the next agent. After another 5 minutes I get a call from someone who is not in NH ( or maybe the USA). After another long wait someone who is actually at the hotel calls me. I explain the situation and I am told it will be corrected and I will receive a confirmation email in 5 minutes. Of course the email never shows up and I have to go through the whole thing again. Also, the TV in my room did not work on Saturday. I was told it was a problem with their provider but the one in their bar worked fine( of course one had to buy drinks to sit at the bar). Sunday morning I bought a sandwich and asked for a napkin ( pretty normal request) and was told there was only 2 of them working ( although I counted 3) and they were doing the best they could. Napkins?? Not a unique request. As I said no customer service"

"The breakfast buffet was a huge highlight. We were in town for my graduation and did not have time for huge meals, but the buffet offered many options for our family of 5. The room was slightly on the smaller side but very clean!"

"A very dark, gloomy hotel. The lighting throughout the hotel was terrible, the gym had a lot of equipment but was dark and outdated. No complementary coffee anywhere in the hotel is unacceptable at those rates. "
