"The Elegant Farmstead was an amazing place to stay. We had the whole property to ourselves, the food was excellent, highly recommend booking the dinner option. The freshly baked bread rolls for breakfast in the morning are truly amazing. We found the amenities at the hotel to be better than described, but do note, WIFI is only available in the reception area. We booked the game drive and were driven around the farm lands for 2 1/2 hours and saw plenty of Kudu, Impala, Ostrich and Giraffe...

"It was a very lovely stay. Staff were super friendly. The only thing I’d say is that there was not enough parking to accommodate guests so often had to park behind other cars. And a small fridge in the rooms would have been great too. But other than that really enjoyed our stay."

"We only stayed at the property for one night as a stopover between tours. The place is nice and very conveniently located within walkable distance to the few sights there are to see in Windhoek, and some restaurants and coffee shops. I got e-mails with two different unit numbers so there was some confusion at the check-in which one was the correct one. Also, the electric meter was not "filled up" so the security person had to contact the property manager to do that in order for us not to run out...
