“Im sure the staff are trying their best, but immediately upon receiving my key... it did not work. I went back downstairs to be given a new key but was given a new room (not a big deal). I struggled to get into the property with that key too, but eventually the door opened. Once in the room was a lot cleaner than expected, but my husband was complaining about a strong odor (I lost my sense of smell a long time ago). We started investigating and discovered brown stains on the sheets. Shortly……

All of the common areas including the lobby and halls were immaculate. Best of all, they are pet-friendly! The guest room and bathroom were pristine, cozy, and exceptionally clean. “We had booked multiple rooms only to find out there were no rooms for us. The hotel did not notify us in advance that the Travelocity booking was unable to be satisfied. Needless to say this is a huge problem if rooms cannot be confirmed and held when an active Travelocity itinerary appeared as though rooms were confirmed ”
