「Fit our needs perfectly. Our son graduated from LMU and this property was convenient and spacious for our family. Jenny was helpful, friendly and available to answer any questions that came up. The hot tub and pool were an added bonus. Recommended!」

「This location and check in process were really easy from LAX. Plenty of good places to eat near by. I’m super picky about beds and pillows and both were really comfortable and we all had great nights sleep. Would def consider staying here for future visits. 」

「This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. We were slowly able to cool it down after 24 hours, but that was not the best way to start our stay. It has the makings of a great property, just needs some TLC and extra attention to small details (there was no salt and pepper,...

「Loved the location in Hollywood within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and sights. The place itself is in a beautiful and safe building. There were many amenities provided and the decor was beautiful! In unit Laundry was not accessible unfortunately and had to provide late check in fee even though the listing did not state this. However, Would definitely recommend this stay!」

「I came to California for a long weekend to visit my new granddaughter. I wanted a location that was close to my sons's house. My plan was simply to sleep at the VRBO since most of our time was going to be spent at my son's house. This location was perfect. The property was very clean and exactly what we wanted. The host had excellent communication with us. Everything worked out perfectly.」

「The property is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. The location is fabulous and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The check-in/check-out process was easy and smooth and communication was clear and timely. Parking is a definite bonus! I can’t say enough good things! We will definitely be back!」

「First off, the property is gated. I really love the extra security and privacy it offered to me and my family. Secondly, the spa, bonfire was a huge hit! My dog especially felt comfortable, being able to roam around as needed to stretch her legs out. Overall, I was impressed with the stay and plan to stay again in the near future. 」

「The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

「We enjoyed a lot this trip. The house was very good located. It was big and with a lot of space. The neighbourhood was very calm and peaceful. The host was very kind and very helpful. He answered very fast, that was very useful.」

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
