    1st floor private little apartment (280sft!). Totally updated and modern, little spot with a private entry and private feel as it is around back. Has a washer dryer, petitie kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom/ room. And small porch. Pet friendly with a private yard. Comes with one designated parking spot. Be right downtown in Winooski and walk to downtown. Only a quick 5 min drive to UVM or Church Street!
