Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located in Historic Downtown Winter Garden, You just a short stroll to everything Downtown has to offer. The Bike Trail is across the street. The studio apartment is large and is the perfect retreat after enjoying the area and local activities.

The apartment is in a building with a central air system. The thermostat is not available for guests to adjust. The thermostat is set to heat to 70° and cool to 69°. Please contact host if any adjustments are requested.

Not Quite What we expected.
West end of Winter Garden, not downtown but within walking distance of everything. The Studio was clean. Bathroom is small and is tight for a large or tall person. TV is too small for the large Studio and there are no local channels or cable channels, so don't look for the weather channel or local information. Also, there is no thermostat in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean.

Location is amazing!
Great location! I was able to access the trail and downtown easily. The apartment was clean and had everything i needed. Upon arrival i was concerned about the appearance of the property next door. I never felt unsafe.
