This cosy apartment is about 20 minutes from the beautiful town of Winterberg and has a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The location is perfect, with nearby access to Kappe Adventure Mountain and just across from the bike park and ski area. This accommodation serves as an excellent base to explore all the wonderful things Winterberg offers in any season.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the apartment complex and is accessible by elevator. It has an open-plan living area which contains the kitchen, living room and dining table. The sitting area by the television has a sofa and separate armchairs, and the PlayStation 4 is a great extra. The dining table next to the kitchen offers seating for four. The well-equipped kitchen has a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle. This one-storey apartment has one bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), a closet and a chest of drawers to store your clothes. The sofa bed in the living room provides a second sleeping option for two people. The bathroom has a shower stall, toilet, wash basin, and storage cupboard. There is a nice balcony with seating at the front of the accommodation, from which you have an excellent view of the bobsled track. A folding cot and high chair are provided for a child up to two years old. Pets are not allowed. You can park your car in the underground garage, which is accessible by elevator.
 




Winterberg is a wonderful holiday destination with plenty to do in summer and winter. Go hiking or cycling, or enjoy wellness and shopping in the lively town and surrounding area. During the ski season, the lively and snug Winterberg ski resort offers a wide range of adventures on skis. In summer, the German nature is a sight to behold. With beautiful mountain peaks, picturesque villages and breathtaking nature, Winterberg and its surroundings offer a feast for the eyes all year round.



Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, sent in advance and filled in at check-in. The form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage. If no charges are made, the SEPA form automatically expires.The rental price includes energy costs.Free access to the indoor swimming pool and sauna (sauna use costs €2.00 per session).Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and reflected in your reservation summary or invoice.Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture are included in the price.A crib or high chair is available on request.Young groups and parties are not allowed.
