Feel at home in my cozy "Treehouse" right next to the spa park. It consists of 3 apartments and an indoor playground - a real highlight for young and old in bad weather! 2 apartments and the indoor playground are right next to each other on the 1st floor, another apartment is on the ground floor. Stylish furniture and great attention to detail make this house something very special. The facilities leave nothing to be desired, especially for families. Pets are welcome, but must be booked!

LIVING ROOM

The apartments are stylish but also practically furnished. You will find a number of extras here that far exceed the standards of normal holiday apartments. The heart of the apartments are the cozy living rooms with adjoining dining area. Comfortable sofa beds offer enough space for large groups. You will also find smart TVs with sound systems and Netflix accounts, as well as various consoles. Here you can relax in a beautiful ambience or argue over a multiplayer game. Real plants and a lot of attention to detail make the apartments a lot more homely than other accommodations.

KITCHEN

In the well-equipped open kitchens you will find everything you need for cooking. There is an oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, as well as an espresso and filter machine, electric milk frother and much more. Espresso and coffee are of course included. There is enough work space and storage space for things you bring with you. There are enough seating options inside and outside for a cozy get-together.

BEDROOM

In one apartment you will find a 180cm king-size bed in two separate bedrooms, as well as open wardrobes with enough storage space for your things. The living room with dining area and sleeping area in one offers extra comfort with a queen-size bed. There is also a bedroom with a 160cm queen-size box spring bed. 3 baby beds with mattress and cover are also available if required. The bedroom and living room can be sufficiently darkened with blinds and curtains.

BATHROOM

The bathrooms have a bright and modern design with large showers and towel warmers. Here you will find everything you need: a hairdryer, towels, shower gel and hair shampoo.

FAMILY

My apartments are family-friendly. Of course there are high chairs, baby beds, a changing table and a few board games. The sockets have a child safety lock and a CO2 alarm is installed. Of course there are also smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kits.

INDOOR PLAYGROUND

The play area is on the 1st floor and offers something for all ages: TV with Nintendo Switch and a varied selection of games, table football, darts, small climbing wall, children's slide & playhouse, baby swing, Lego, books and much more.

COMMUNAL GARDEN

In the garden there is another dining area, as well as lounge furniture and a small charcoal grill. Here you can end your evenings in Winterberg perfectly!

OTHER

You will find a ski room and bike garage in the basement of the house, as well as a washing machine and dryer, which you are welcome to use if necessary.

ACCESS

You have the whole house to yourself. A self-check-in gives you the option of checking in flexibly without having to agree on an exact arrival time for the key handover.

From April 1st to October 31st Sauerland Summer Card included! With the Sauerland Summer Card you have free entry to numerous leisure activities in the Winterberg holiday world - the card is worth up to €1,000.00 for a family of four. In and around Winterberg, the Sauerland Summer Card includes all of the region's main attractions. The selection is so large that it's difficult to choose. This also means that travel by bus and train is free.

You are in a very central location, in the middle of the old town and right next to the spa gardens. Many restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in just a few minutes - the noodle house is practically opposite. Nevertheless, the location is very quiet, as the street is not very busy. You have a beautiful view of the church or of the landscape across the spa gardens.

The train station is a 10-minute walk away, as is the entrance to the Rothaarsteig and other hiking trails. The bus stop for the ski bus is also around the corner. In summer, you can ride your mountain bike for 10 minutes to the bike park or trail park, where there are trails of all levels of difficulty.

Several summer toboggan runs and a climbing forest can be reached on the adventure mountain. If the weather is bad, you can go to the Brabander Sauna or Aqua Mundo.

You can park in 3 free private parking spaces directly behind the house (address "Am Kurpark"). There are additional parking spaces free of charge in the spa car park, which is directly behind the house. There are also 2 e-charging stations opposite the tourist information office. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, as is the entrance to the Rothaarsteig and other hiking trails. The bus stop for the ski bus is also around the corner. An e-bike rental is about 10 minutes from the apartment. You can park your bikes in a bike garage.
