「This was a great place. It checked all of the boxes and then some. It’s very clean! And the host has excellent communication. I would stay here again. Parking is great during the day. You have to move it though for the overnight hours. It’s available behind the buildings. So, there’s a little bit of a walk. Worth it though!」

「There were several issues. The lock box with the keys couldn't be opened, no one knew the code. The automatic deadbolt lock wouldn't open with number pad and could not be fixed remotely. An employee came to building to help and had me download app and it worked but took over 2 hours to get things working and I was late to an engagement. The TV never worked even with texts and calls made to report it. I was told someone would be fixing that and the microwave but they never showed. 」

「This large upper unit was perfectly located off 235 so we could navigate to all our events easily. Street parking was readily avaliable. The charming exterior has potential to be more upscale with improved landscaping. Our older guests felt a bit insecure on the outside steps without railings at the very bottom.The open concept living area was very spacious with comfortable furnishings. 「This was a great place to stay in Des Moines. We were staying for a night for a concert and it was the perfect little apartment for us. Apartment was clean and super easy for check in. Had everything we could need and I will definitely look to stay here again for future trips to Des Moines!!」
