“Checking in wasn’t the best experience. I was told I had booked 2 rooms with Expedia when it was only one. Then after checking I was wondering if the breakfast was still included like I had seen online? I had to go back to the desk to ask because she didn’t tell me anything about breakfast!”

“I have a service dog and was told that I still needed to pay the 10.00 pet fee , the lady at the desk said that she needed to get the okay from management and still charged me the 10.00 fee . Our refrigerator wasn't working. The pipes were very loud. In bathroom and sink in living room area. I was definitely not pleased. My total bill on here said 117.00 I was charged 140.00 .”
