Will definitely stay here again if in the area

Really pleasant check in. Fantastic room (new part of hotel) with complete black-out shutters, patio, comfortable beds, personal safe, fridge, TV, and lovely powerful shower. Good food, especially the Schnitzel. Great local Bitburg bier and Benediktiner Weissbier. Serving staff were very polite and helpful, allowing me to practice speaking German (poorly) but speaking really good English themselves. Very good breakfast selection to suit just about everyone's needs. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Clean and comfortable

We had a very comfortable stay here, with a clean and spacious room. The saunas are great along with a nice relaxation area. We dined in the hotel as the weather was bad outside with snow and ice. The wait for the food was a little long as we unfortunately arrived in the restaurant just after a couple of groups. However,. when it did come the food was very good. Breakfast in the morning was a hot and cold buffet, though there was not much left of the hots and we again, arrived just after the large group from the night before...

100% superb!

As a rule I never eat in the hotel as I use it as an excuse to stretch my legs around the town that I am staying in and then eat local. So I took a short drive across the Belgian border to Sankt Vith. Pleasant enough but not a great choice of open restaurants so I went back to the hotel to eat, and boy am I glad I did! This hotel is t he only thing in Winterspelt apart from a hairdresser and bakery and must be the cleanest, outside of a hospital operating theatre. IT IS SPOTLESS! But it is not clinical. Staff are friendly and helpful the location-idyllic and the food exceptional. I had a fantastic dinner in the hotel restaurant, it really was excellent (onion soup followed by rhumtopf). Breakfast buffet was the length of a cricket pitch, fresh and tasty. Bedroom was again spotless, quiet, comfortable and had a lovely balcony with a view of the valley. Please don’t stay here as I want make sure I can get in next time.

Velfungerende og hyggeligt

Alt fungerer på dette meget rene og pæne hotel med supersødt personale. Dejlig rolig beliggenhed i sød lille landsby og med en god restaurant også. Vi var “kun” på pitstop under kørsel til Frankrig for sommerferie og vil helt sikkert markere os en favorit her og komme tilbage:)

Alles wunderbar. Sehr schöner Saunabereich - sauber, groß und neu. Und in unserem Fall auch noch sehr ruhig. Frühstück war gut, allerdings auch am Wochenende nur bis 9:30. Angenehm war, dass automatisch ein Tisch im Restaurant für uns reserviert ohne dass wir uns auf eine Zeit festlegen mussten. Personal war sehr freundlich

Alles sehr ansprechend, modernes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung; Restaurant und Frühstück rundum gut mit allem, was man erwartet. Sauberkeit generell ebenfalls sehr gut, bis auf einige (fremde) Haare am Bettzeug (Material mit rauher Oberfläche). Wer eine Unterkunft in dieser Gegend sucht, macht mit diesem Hotel nichts falsch, würde selbst jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Tolles Hotel mit großartigem Wellnessbereich

Rundum toller Aufenthalt. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer im Neubau gebucht, das hervorragend war und sogar einen Balkon hat. Unten im Neubau ist eine sehr schöne Sauna 85° und ein Sanarium (60°), beide überdurchschnittlich groß für eine Hotelsauna. Dazu ein sehr großer Ruheraum mit tollen Liegen und sogar ein Freiluftbereich - absolut top! Nach der Sauna haben wir lecker im Restaurant gegessen. Es gibt einen angeschlossenen Schuppen für Fahrräder mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes. Wir kommen sicher wieder her.

とても静かな田舎の村にあるホテルです。併設のレストランは価格も手頃で美味しいので、是非夕食を楽しんで欲しいです。 新しい建物が出来たので、今回はそちらの部屋に宿泊したらこれが大正解！アメリカのホテルみたいな広い部屋でした。 初めてここのホテルに泊まったのは2014年の事ですが、その時と比べて朝食の種類が圧倒的に増えていて、美味しかったです。 また泊まりたいです。
