“Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. The Lino in the kitchen was damaged in places and the fridge had been turned off and leaked into the kitchen floor. Also staining / dirt on sofa so couldn’t really……

“Was okay wanted some extra pillow and they got them delivered the same day which is good. Only issue I had was the photo of the bathroom shown on Expedia was actually one of the shared ones and the en suit was completely different. Thogun it has a lovely heated mirror with blue tooth. Just swipe your hand next too it and it comes on. ”

“This house was absolutely incredible — huge grounds, spacious layout, and plenty of rooms, making it perfect for a large group. The dining room was beautifully set out, and the home was very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Communication was excellent throughout, and the welcome tour was both friendly and informative. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property!”

“Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again ”

“Lovely spacious cottage, well appointed with amenities and supplies. Easy to reach and within walking distance of shops and either by car or walk to the beach. Great place for our dog to stay too.Beds really comfortable and appreciated the downstairs toilet too. Made to feel very welcome by the hosts and the kind welcome gifts thank you! ”

“Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. ”

“We had such a lovely time in the Carpenter's Cottage during our late October stay. It seemed to be made for us five. It was warm, cosy, inviting, and it had everything tou need - it felt like you could move straight in. There is an attention to detail wherever you look, and if you like decorating your own home, you will truly appreciate this place. There are a couple of restaurants just around the corner (the Indian one had a very good selection of dishes), and Tesco Express is just a few meters……

“Lovely spacious house with a comfortable homely feel. Nicely furnished and a well-equipped very useable kitchen. Clean and with ample heating and hot water. Good local shop and some excellent cafe/pub/restaurant options within easy walking distance. Would definitely return here.”
