Decent place to stay

The place is 10-15 minutes away from everything. The room had a weird smell to it. No staff were around if emergencies ever came up. It is close to Chula Vista and in October it was perfect because it wasn’t very packed and the waterslides were a lot of fun. Very basic kind of stay.

This was the mosr unpleasant stay I've ever been forced to endure. There was an unruly group that bullied and harassed me along with the other guests on the floor, amd since they had booked through Vacasa, the resort and police could not evict them. Vacasa did not evict them until I, along with three other groups on the floor, had already left due to the unruly behavior. I am glad to know that Vacasa did indeed emd up evicting them, but they refused to acknowledge that to me and those other guests, the damage had already been done.

Fun Time in the Dells

Overall it was a good option, especially for the price. Check-in process was comfusing. I was told I would get a separate email with instructions but instead had to look through my Vacasa account to figure out how to get into the property.
