The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located duplex. While tastefully curated, comfort is a priority with memory foam mattresses, a full kitchen, blackout curtains, and fluffy towels. Three living rooms perfect for multiple activities at once. Perhaps both a game and movie night?

Noise must be kept at an acceptable level not to disturb the peaceful enjoyment of others. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am and are strictly enforced.
NON DECLARED GUESTS: All guests must be listed and approved. Non declared guests will incur a per guest, per day, cost of $100 each.
Checking out: Check-out is at 11am, no exceptions. My cleaning service arrives right at 11am and charges a fee if they have to wait around.

It should have been stated that this is actually 2 units that do not have a connecting door. You have to go outside and up the stairs to access half the house. A little odd of a room that has sort of a 1/2 kitchen (maybe in the process of remodeling) upstairs. The bathroom in the upstairs did not lock.That being said the location was great and the house was clean.The host was very responsive to all my questions and got back to me right away.

Enormous, beautiful house with excellent location to walk to everything in downtown WI Dells.

Family trip of all my siblings & some spouses - 10 in total. The house is fantastic & exceeded everyone's expectations. It has everything you need, and the location is excellent - river views, firepit, modern updated amenities & more.
