“Blackout curtain did not work. This was at 9:00 at night we weren't going to ask the staff to come up. It was stuck in the highest position. When we came back from dinner. We noticed police cars in the driveway in the entrance. There was no staff at the desk. The police told us that we could go to our room, but there are policemen with guns pulled out on that floor. Why wasn't there any staff to deal deal with the guest? Totally unacceptable”

“All rooms are on second floor with no elevator. The Inn is attached to a nice restaurant but no one mentioned that we needed reservations. Other than those issues it was comfortable, convenient and charming.”
