Family-owned forest estate with 1.4 hectares of land in the Hohenstein recreational area

We’re going on vacation, and you can enjoy your vacation—right here with us. Our property covers 14,000 square meters and is located in the heart of the Hohenstein recreational area. Right nearby are the wildlife preserve, the petting zoo, a water playground, and the most beautiful view of the Ruhr Valley in the Ruhr region. There are also phenomenal mountain bike trails nearby. The beautiful Avalonia bouldering area in Wetter is just a 15-minute drive away and always worth a visit.

You can really let loose on our property. We have two trampolines, a slackline, two soccer goals, and a huge meadow. But you can also relax in the hammock or philosophize over a glass of wine by one of our fire pits in the evening.

Pure nature—far from city noise, you’ll be woken up in the morning by birdsong, and if you’re lucky, you can spot deer on the large meadow.

Important notes:
We have three cats that live exclusively outdoors. Please do not let them into the house.
