「Great experience and value. Host stocks the room for most of your needs, including coffee, tea, water, snack bars, plenty of towels, etc. The host is very responsive to messaging. The Only negative for some might be the unpaved road back to the room. But the negative for some is part of the charm of the Arizona experience. And if you want the views, you need to get there. You do have to be able to traverse through the garage and up stairs to the room above the garage. If you need a comfortable...

「As per the listing, this property is not 2 minutes from State Farm Stadium, it is 30 minute walk to the stadium and 15-20 min walk to most restaurants. Otherwise as advertised. Floors could have been cleaner, walk around in your socks for an hour and they looked like you were walking around outside. The rest of the place was neat and tidy.」
